Divisions	Pan American Championship: Mens and Womens OPEN Singles and Doubles. Other Divisions will be anounced soon.
Event Dates	There will be a PARC Executive Committee meeting and Congress held in connection with the event (date/time to be announced on site).
Officiating	Loser are required to referee, failure to referee will result in a forfeit on the next games. The LOC will provide certified referees in those matches that required them.
Fees	$85 first event -- $40 second event
Friendship Cup	Players playing in the the Friendship Cup must be part of the official delegation from that country.
Opening Ceremonies	April 7th, 7pm
Closing Ceremonies	April 15th
Coaches meeting	April 7th, 3pm
Visa requirement	Please check whether you need a visa for entering Guatemala
